Joshua Davis


Joshua Davis, Biological Scientist is a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Akron in their Integrated Bioscience program. The topic of his dissertation focuses on studying the effects of Microbially Influenced Corrosion in oil and gas pipelines, as well as the effects that certain bacteria have on them. He has an undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of Akron, with a concentration in Microbiology. He has presented his work at several conferences including, The American Society of Chemistry (ACS) and Association for Materials Protection and Performance (AMPP). He previously interned with Corrolytics and aided in lab testing and prototype development.
