Dr. Anwar Sadek
Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder
Anwar Sadek, CEO, received his PhD from The University of Akron from the department of Chemical, Biomolecular and Corrosion Engineering, and has worked for PPG Industries Inc. as a Development Chemist formulating various anti-corrosion automotive coatings.
Published author and patent co-owner, Dr. Sadek has presented his work on Microbial Corrosion during several prestigious technical events such as the National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE) Annual Exposition, and Department of Defense-Allied Nations Technical Corrosion Conference.

Sai Prasanna Chinthala
CTO and Co-Founder
Sai Prasanna Chinthala, Principal Scientist, is working at Corrolytics via a National Science Foundation (NSF) Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Phase I subaward at Cleveland State University.
While participating in the NSF I-Corps cohort for the Microbiologically Influenced Corrosion (MIC) Test Kit, Chinthala served as a team co-entrepreneurial lead.

Dr. Chelsea Monty-Bromer
Scientific Advisor & Co-Founder
Dr. Chelsea Monty, scientific advisor, is an Associate Professor in Chemical and Biomedical Engineering at Cleveland State University.
She has a background in Microbiologically Influenced Corrosion and corrosion monitoring, with specific training and expertise in electrode functionalization, electrochemical engineering, and materials characterization.

Dr. John M. Senko
Scientific Advisor
Dr. John Senko is a microbiologist with expertise in the interactions of microorganisms with solid phases and metabolism of metals and is the scientific advisor and co-inventor of the Microbiologically Influenced Corrosion (MIC) Monitor Test Kit.

John is currently an independent consultant with InnoLexx and a Certified Mentor with SCORE Houston. John has been integrally involved in the formation, startup, and successful operation of five new technology-based companies.

Jim Griggy
Business Advisor
Jim Griggy, Business Advisor, mentored the team during the Nation Science Foundation (NSF) I-Corps program. He is currently a business advisor for the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) in Akron. They provide indepth business advising and training services on a variety of business topics to help small businesses in any stage of development from cradle to grave.

Joshua Davis, Biological Scientist is a PhD candidate at the University of Akron from their Integrated Bioscience Program. The topic of his dissertation focuses on studying the effects of Microbially Influenced Corrosion in oil and gas pipelines.
